PEAMOUNT United host Shamrock Rovers as the sides meet for the first time following the cancelling of their opening day encounter.
United are in good form with a 7-0 victory over Cork last week taking their tally to 18 goals in their last three games. Sara Lawlor returns after being rested last week.
Peas boss Eileen Gleeson said: “The girls are in good form. Last week wasn’t a great game although it was a good win. We haven’t met Rovers before but I’m sure they’ll be strong enough now and up for a win. They’ve got a good few results recently.”
Hoops boss Stephen Craig said: “It’ll be interesting to see where we are now. They’ve had a game or two while we haven’t but we’ve been training. They are in the top two sides in the country. It was great to see Castlebar give Raheny a battle last week so hopefully we can do something similar ourselves.”
