Derry City to host St Patrick's Athletic in the 2023 Men’s FAI Cup Second Round

The stage is set for a thrilling second round of the 2023 Men’s FAI Cup, with the draw producing some exciting fixtures.
Derry City, fresh off their decisive 3-0 triumph over Athlone Town, will host St Patrick's Athletic, who carved out a hard-fought 2-1 victory against Longford Town in the previous round.
Meanwhile, a much-anticipated Munster Derby is set to captivate fans as Cork City, who dispatched Treaty United with a 2-0 win, will square off against Waterford. The latter stamped their authority on the tournament with a commanding 5-0 rout of St. Michael's AFC (full list of 1st Round results available here).
This round features just one tie involving two Premier Division teams. The other match-ups comprise four Premier versus First division contests, while the remaining three fixtures pit non-league opposition against league sides Harps, Wexford, and Bohemians.
