League of Ireland Attendances - Gameweek 11

Gameweek 11 took place on a Bank Holiday weekend with the added issue of a two day bus strike.

 

All Premier Division games had attendances of over 1,000 (we had one estimate – Longford). Dundalk’s demolition of Bray Wanderers was broadcast on Setanta but still the Lilywhites recorded 3,249 spectators. Shamrock Rovers also managed a good crowd considering the bus strike with 2,341 turning up.
