League of Ireland Attendances - Gameweek 7

After seven Gameweeks and 65 games played, the total attendance figure for the season is now just shy of 100,000.

 

Our total League of Ireland audience of 97,080 is made up of 58 official attendances and 7 estimates - Derry City (1), Longford Town (1), Drogheda United (1), Athlone Town (1), UCD (1), Cabinteely (1) and Bray Wanderers (1).

 

Gameweek 7 recorded a total audience of 13,081 (eight official and two estimates). The average Gameweek attendance of 1,308 is the second lowest of the season.

 

The Louth derby drew the largest crowd of the week with 3,457 there to see a late goal win it for the league champions. Another derby game came in second place with Galway and Sligo Rovers registering 1,762. At the other end of the table, Waterford United’s clash with Cobh Ramblers was watched by 382.
