Garvan’s Biography
Garvan played at Athlone Town in their 2010 First Division campaign making five appearances for Brendan Place's side towards the end of the season.
In January 2011 Garvan signed for Pat Scully at Limerick FC. He claimed the right back position at the start of Limerick’s campaign, but with the return to full fitness of Corie Treacy, Broughall found himself becoming a less prominent feature in the Limerick line up, making a total of just 7 league appearances over the season.
In February 2012 Garvan returned to Athlone Town and made 11 league appearances, scoring twice, before going to the United States for work reasons in June. He returned to Athlone colours in September and added 3 more league appearances before the end of the 2012 season. In 2013 Garvan played 21 times in Athlone's First Division title winning campaign under Roddy Collins.
