In his four years at Reading the club won promotion to the Premier League and Kevin scored 55 goals in 155 league appearances. In June 2009 he signed for Mick McCarthy at Wolverhampton Wanderers and went on to make over one hundred and fifty league appearances over six seasons that saw the club go from the Premier League to League One and back to the Championship. Kevin joined MLS side Colorado Rapids in July 2015.
