Abbie’s Biography
Abbie played for Shelbourne's WU17 team in 2020 and she became part of Noel King's senior WNL squad in 2021. In 2022 she made 28 appearances across all competitions as Shels won the League and Cup double.
In December of 2022 she announced her departure from Tolka Park and subsequent signing for league newcomers Shamrock Rovers. Wearing the no.7 shirt she made her debut for the Hoops on the opening weekend of the 2023 season in a 2-1 win away at Sligo Rovers.
Abbie went on to score 5 league goals in 15 appearances that season, as well as banging in 4 goals in her one FAIW Cup appearance. That summer she was included in Vera Pauw's senior women's international squad when they traveled to Australia and New Zealand to play in the 2023 World Cup Finals.
Abbie played her final game for the Hoops against Sligo Rovers at Tallaght Stadium in September of that year, moving to Glasgow City on the final day of the transfer window.
Her stay in Glasgow was short and she left Scotland to sign for Crystal Palace on 31 January 2024.
