Robbie’s Biography
Robbie played underage football with Stella Maris in Dublin before signing for Bohemians in the Summer of 1985. He made his league debut for the Gypsies in a 1-1 draw with St Patrick's Athletic at Dalymount Park on 20 October 1985 and went on to spend four seasons with Bohemians before moving to arch rivals Shamrock Rovers in the Summer of 1989.
After a short stay with the Hoops, Robbie left Shamrock Rovers and joined Sligo Rovers in February 1990, where he continued to play until 1993.
