Aoibheann’s Biography
Aoibheann played with Limerick's U17 women's team in 2018 and in 2020 she joined Wexford Youths' senior women's team. She made her league debut for Wexford against Bohemians on 8 August 2020, coming on as a substitute in the 66th minute.
She made 11 league and cup appearances that season and scored her first senior goal in a 2-0 win against DLR Waves at the UCD Bowl on 10 October.
The following season Aoibheann made 24 league appearances, scoring 6 times, and added 2 more appearances in the FAIW Cup, including a start in the 2021 Cup Final in which Wexford beat double-chasing Shelbourne 3-1.
Another 26 appearances in league and cup followed in 2022 along with 4 league goals, all from the penalty spot. And in 2023 Aoibheann won the club's Player of the Year award as she claimed two more craeer goals from 23 appearances.
