Adam’s Biography
Adam was a part of the Derby County underage set-up before joining Drogheda United in July 2014. He made his league debut away to Limerick on 29 August 2014 and went on to make 6 league appearances for the club, mainly from the bench, as they finished ninth in the 2014 Premier Division. In January 2015, Adam joined Bohemians under Keith Long. He never made a league appearance for Bohs but was on the bench several times before he left the club in July 2015 and joined Bray Wanderers under Mick Cooke.
Adam ended the 2015 season with 7 league appearances for Bray as the Seagulls finished eighth in the Premier Division and in December 2015, he followed team-mate Dave Scully in signing for amateur side O'Devaney Dunard. However, the O'Devaney Dunard rollercoster saw Scully leave the club before they pulled out of the Leinster Senior League in mid-Januay 2016. Soon after, Adam joined Luke Gallagher in signing for Pete Mahon's Drogheda United. Adam made 18 league appearances as the Drogs won promotion to the Premier Division via the play-offs. He then re-signed with Drogheda for the 2017 season. He was named player of the year for Drogheda in 2017 but the club ended up getting relegated to the First Division.
In November 2017, Sligo Rovers announced they had signed Adam. In December 2018, Adam signed back with Drogheda United.
In December 2020, Adam signed with Athlone Town.
