Lorcan’s Biography

Lorcan played with Dublin schoolboy side Home Farm before signing for Shamrock Rovers' U19 side in July 2011. The following summer, Lorcan joined Dundalk on loan and made his Dundalk debut in a 1-1 draw with Cork City at Oriel Park on 3 August. He made 8 league appearances for the Lilywhites before returning to Rovers at the end of the 2012 season.

In January 2013, Lorcan moved to Bohemians under Aaron Callaghan. He only made two appearances for the club though, including the 1-0 win over former club Shamrock Rovers, as Callaghan left and Owen Heary took over.

Lorcan moved to Longford Town in November 2013. He went on to play twenty-four times in the 2014 First Division season, scoring twice, as Longford Town won the division title and were promoted. Lorcan re-signed for the club for the 2015 season. He went on to make twenty-one league appearances for the club, scoring once in a 3-1 defeat to Shamrock Rovers, as Longford finished sixth in the Premier Division.

In November 2015, Lorcan moved to First Division club Shelbourne. In November 2016 Lorcan then re-signed for the 2017 season but that only lasted until June of that year as the club then announced he'd departed Tolka Park.
