COBH RAMBLERS
Play-off chasing Cobh Ramblers will be looking to build on last weekend’s win over Kerry when they welcome Finn Harps to St Colman’s Park (kick-off is at 7.45pm).
Shane Keegan’s side have impressed this season and currently lie fourth in the table after 12 games played.
However, they have struggled in recent weeks and prior to their win over the Kingdom they went four games on the spin without a win.
The Rams have also picked up 10 points from their opening six home league games of the campaign – a tally that has helped propel them up the table at least.
But they head into Friday’s game without talisman Jack Doherty through injury. Pierce Phillips and Cian Browne are also ruled out with injuries.
FINN HARPS
Following a humbling loss at home to Athlone Town on Monday, Dave Rogers takes his Finn Harps side to Cobh as they look to breathe new life into their play-off push.
Rogers could not take his place in the managerial dug-out against the Co Westmeath side and his side fell to a nightmarish 4-1 loss at home.
That loss followed a 1-1 stalemate with Longford Town at Finn Park just days beforehand.
However, they sit just two points outside the play-off places so a win on the road against Cobh could catapult them back into the top-five places in the table.
Caoimhin Porter and Keith Cowan are expected to miss out on Friday’s game with injuries.
Referee: Alan Patchell.
