West Ham United are the UEFA Europa Conference League champions after defeating Fiorentina 2-1 in the final in Prague.

The Hammers, who finished 14^th in the Premier League this season, won their first major European trophy for 47 years.

They now earn a place in the Europa League group stage next season.

Said Benrahma put the Hammers 1-0 up from the penalty spot just after the hour mark before Giacomo Bonaventura equalised in the 67^th minute.

Player of the match Jarrod Bowen swept home the winner in the 90^th minute, enabling Declan Rice as Hammers captain to lift the trophy in the Eden Arena.
