BOHEMIANS
Bohemians will be looking to bring an end to a wretched winless run as they take on Finn Harps at Dalymount Park on Saturday evening (kick-off is at 6pm).
The Gypsies have endured an indifferent start to their 2021 campaign, and they have yet to win at home in this league season.
Their last three home games have yielded defeats, while their first home game of the season saw them relinquish a two-goal lead against newly promoted Longford Town.
However, the Phibsborough outfit have shown signs of life in recent weeks – and their full-back Anto Breslin admits he knows where his side have gone wrong.
“We know ourselves where we have gone wrong,” Breslin told his club’s media team.
“I don’t think teams have been cutting us open or the performances have been bad – but they are also not up to the standards we set for ourselves.
“We need to improve and will do. Once we do that the results will turn right.”
In terms of team news for Bohemians, Stephen Mallon and Bastien Hery are expected to miss out again through injury.
FINN HARPS
After a stunning late win at the Ryan McBride Brandywell Stadium, Finn Harps are on the road again as they take on Bohemians at Dalymount Park.
Harps won on their last visit to Dalymount – and in turn handed the league title to Shamrock Rovers following that victory.
Although, Harps boss Ollie Horgan is expecting a difficult test for his side in the capital as they take on a side who ‘will do damage to someone’ in the next few weeks.
“We know ourselves how difficult a place Dalymount is to go,” Horgan told his club’s media team.
“Bohs haven’t hit near the heights they are going to and they will absolutely do damage to someone in the coming weeks.
“We just have to hope it isn’t us. We’ll need to be on our game, or it could be a long night for us in Dublin.”
In terms of team news, Shane McEleney, Ryan Connolly, Conor Barry and David Webster are all rated as doubts.
Referee: Raymond Matthews.
