COBH RAMBLERS
Cobh Ramblers will be out to avoid a third league loss in a row, when they play host to Cabinteely on Saturday evening St Colman’s Park.
Stephen Henderson is demanding a big finish to the season from his youthful side, with the future of the club looking bright on and off the pitch. This is especially the case following the news that Ramblers are planning to become a members owned club.
Ramblers were in the middle of a good spell of form prior to their run of defeats, but the top two in the division of Wexford Youths and Finn Harps have both managed to emerge victorious over Stephen Henderson’s side in recent games.
Cobh are looking for their first home league win since the 5th of June, when they won the Munster Derby, courtesy of a 1-0 victory over Waterford United.
The home side will be without Steven Hickey, who is unavailable because of a wedding, while Eoghan Daly (knee) and David Browne (ankle)
There was also some good news for Cobh during the week, with goalkeeper Shane Hallahan re-signing the club following a spell at Cobh Wanderers.
CABINTEELY
Cabinteely will travel to Cobh, looking to end their search for a first ever away success in the First Division.
Last time out, it took a 93rd minute equalizer from Kevin Knight to rescue a point for Cabinteely, as they played out a 1-1 draw with Waterford at their Stradbrook home.
A victory over Cobh would cut the gap between the two sides down to just 4 pts, but with the Ramblers having found a new lease of life under their new management, Cabinteely know that it will require a big effort to go back to Dublin with all 3pts.
Out of their eight away trips so far this season, they have picked up just one point. So without question, the Dubliners will be doing all they can to improve that return between now and the end of the season.
The visitors have doubts over the fitness of Lloyd Carins, Jamie McGlynn, Conor Foley and Daniel Campbell.
Referee: Patrick Gleeson

The last league meeting between the sides took place in May, with Cobh coming from two goals down to secure a 2-2 draw at Stradbrook.
