PEAMOUNT United will look to capitalise on Raheny United's apparent dip in form when they host the champions at Greeogue on Sunday.
Peas boss Robbie Mulligan believes the nightmare loss to UCD Waves in their last home fixture has now been wiped away and with injuries clearing up and Eleanor Ryan-Doyle back from international duty his side are at close to full strength.
"We'll welcome Raheny which we all know will be very tough with their history of success in recent years. We don't dwell on the past, we were disappointed not to get a result out of last week's game against Wexford," he said.
"The girls responded well to the UCD loss. We'll go into Sunday's game full of confidence after training well all week and we know that nobody can take anything for granted in this league. Galway shocked Raheny last week and I'm sure Raheny will want to bounce back from that."
Raheny boss Casey McQuillan has all of his squad available bar Clare Shine, who is close to a recovery. After taking stepping down from his role last week McQuillan has taken the Raheny reins once more - he feels the focus is right with his squad and wants them to respond to being held by Galway WFC.
"We hope we to get ourselves back to winning ways this weekend. I know a lot of their players. I saw their game against UCD when everything Waves did went to gold," he said.
"They're a young team and will get better so we've no room for complacency. I keep telling the girls that we need a hunger in every game and hope we start showing the consistency we need to keep challenging."
