COBH RAMBLERS
The men from the south will count themselves unlucky, having twice going ahead against Finn Harps last Friday, Brian Fitzgerald and Davin O'Neill with the goals for Ramblers, but they eventually had to settle for a 2-2 draw against the men from Donegal.
Cobh have no injury concerns, but will be without manager Dave Hill who will serve a one-game touchline suspension.
ATHLONE TOWN
Town make the trip to St.Coleman's park on the back of an impressive 4-0 victory over lowly Wexford Youths. Athlone sit third in the table, level on points with Finn Harps and four points behind Mervue United in second place, the Westmeath men do have a game in hand on the Galway outfit though.
They have no new injury concerns and striker Philip Gorman will be looking to add to his five goal in eight games this season.
Referee: Simon Draghici
MATCH STATS
Ian Sweeney netted in the corresponding fixture between the sides in March and has gone on to score 3 goals in just 5 games this season.
Cobh actually gained their first promotion to Ireland's Premier Division in 1988, finishing second to tonight's opponents.
Roddy Collins has managed Cobh's city rivals Cork City albeit briefly in the past, which will guarantee him a feisty reception tonight.
BETTING
Cobh Ramblers: 8/5 Draw 11/5 Athlone Town 6/4
PREDICTION
This is a tough one to predict, both sides appear to be in decent form, but I feel Athlone will be on a big high after last week's result against Wexford and will come out on top 1-3
