BOHEMIANS
The Gypsies take on the Candystripes for the second time in just four days but this time it is in the EA Sports Cup with the game scheduled for Monday night in Dalymount Park. (7.45KO)
Aaron Callaghan will be hoping his side can improve on their 2-1 defeat away in the Brandywell on Friday night. Bohs league form has been anything other than inspiring but they have shown in their previous two games to date in this competition that they can perform.
The squad is expected to be unchanged from the one that got beaten by Derry on Friday night. Having managed to get a third home tie in this years cup competition Bohs will be hoping their home crowd can make all the difference.
Kevin Devaney was the goal scorer on Friday night up in the Brandywell but goals at home seem to be the issue for the gypsies judging by their league form. The club haven’t indicated that there are no fresh injury concerns that we should be aware of. However Derek Pender is due to serve a suspension brought down by his accumulation of four yellow cards.
DERRY CITY
Derry have been extremely impressive in the league so far this year and therefore Declan Devine will be desperately hoping that his men can make a good run in this years cup competition.
A strong squad is therefore expected to be fielded and with only three absentees for Declan Devine to worry about. Rory Patterson was sent off in the last round and is thus suspended for this tie.
Barry Molloy has been out injured for the past few games but having returned to training is expected to be named in the squad. With this game having the potential for extra time and penalties we may see him involved from the bench.
Unfortunately the same can not be said for Thomas Crawley and Dermot McCaffrey who both remain out injured.

MATCH FACTS
Bohs have beaten UCD and Bray in order to reach the last 8 of the cup while Derry beat Finn Harps in the second round to get this far.
Bohs have scored the same amount of times in nine home league games as they have in two EA Sports Cup home games this year. (6 goals)
35 is the number of goals that makes up the difference between these two teams goal difference in the league.
BETTING
Bohemians 7/2 Draw 13/5 Derry 4/6
PREDICTION
Bohs have been poor in the league so far and rarely keep a clean sheet so I suspect an easy win for Derry. 3-1 to the Candystripes.
