Shels v Longford friendly OFF

Following pitch inspections at the AUL Complex in Clonshaugh, the pitches have been declared unplayable. As a result, the pre-season game between Shelbourne and Longford Town has been called off.
The game would have given both clubs their first run-out of the new year but with the extreme cold weather turning to wind and rain there was no option but to call the game off.
