With the 2012 European Championships now just two days away, FIFA have released their latest world rankings ahead of the competition.

The Republic of Ireland haven't moved as they remain in 18th place after stretching their unbeaten run to fourteen games having recorded a 1-0 victory over Bosnia-Herzegovina and a 0-0 draw with Hungary in preparation for Euro 2012.

Two of their Group C opponents remain in the top ten, as defending champions Spain are still top of the pile while Croatia lie in eighth. Italy also haven't budged as they remain in 12th position.

Elsewhere, England have moved up one place to sixth following Roy Hodgson's first two games in charge, both of which ended in 1-0 victories against Norway and Belgium. Scotland have been one of the biggest movers as the rose seven places into 41st while Wales have also moved up to 38th, but Northern Ireland have fallen three places to 103rd following a 6-0 drubbing at the hands of The Netherlands.
