Shamrock Rovers v Wexford back on

Following some confusion over the matter, Wexford Youths have definitively confirmed that their friendly against Shamrock Rovers scheduled for this coming Saturday at Tallaght Stadium (kick-off, 5pm) is on.
The reasons behind the confusion appear to have centred around the venue for the game, with a finite amount of pre-season games being permitted at Tallaght. However, following the movement of Rovers’ home game against Longford Town (Tuesday February 21st) to Flancare Park, the match between Shane Keegan’s First Division side and the current league champions will now take place as originally scheduled.
