Wolves winger signs for Derry

On the same day that Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Mick McCarthy lost his job, young Wolves winger Brian McGroary has signed for Derry City.
The Donegal native has signed a one year deal at Brandywell but expects that he will need six weeks to get himself fully fit. The nineteen year old hopes to return to full-time football in England at some point in the future but will spend 2012 helping the Candystripes to challenge for honours in the League of Ireland.
