Live Updates: Airtricity League Action

Credit:

The rains have ceased and the pitches have been deemed playable and now, a day late, Shamrock Rovers get their first pop at winning the 2011 Airtricity Premier Division. UCD stand between them and the top prize in Irish domestic football. A win for Rovers and the trophy is theirs, anything else and the focus shifts to Friday and a home tie against Galway United.

Meanwhile across the city, Tolka Park has been given the green light for Shelbourne to play for their promotion to the top tier. Finn Harps visit the Reds and if the home side can take all three points, they will be assured Premier Division football next season.

It is a massive night for two Dublin teams in two different divisions. Extratime.ie will have Simon O'Gorman bringing you all the action from Belfield and Niall Farrell in Tolka Park. Kick-off is 7.05pm and 8pm respectively.
