Rovers confirm Mannus exit

Shamrock Rovers have confirmed that Alan Mannus has left the club and joined St. Johnstone, while Richard Brush has been brought in as a replacement.
"Alan Mannus has exercised an option in his contract to move to a UK club should a request come in post July 20th. Alan moves to Scottish Premier League side, St Johnstone, and will be missed by his many friends and fans at Shamrock Rovers F.C.
Whilst sorry to see him leave, the club is gratefull to big Al for the year and a half that he spent at Rovers and he leaves with our best wishes for the future.
Michael O'Neill has moved quickly to add further support to the goalkeeping set up at the club signing Richard Brush (ex Sligo Rovers) to the squad in addition to Ryan Thompson. We welcome Richard to Shamrock Rovers F.C."
