Monaghan United welcome a new look Limerick 37 to Kingspan Century Park on Friday night (Kickoff: 20:00).

Monaghan trail Limerick 37 by four points going into this match, but manager Mick Cooke will be confident of getting something having picked up seven points from a possible twelve. Cooke is in no doubt that last week’s point against Waterford could have so easily been three.

“With a bit more luck last week against Waterford United we would have collected all three points and would not have been flattered going in at halftime 3 nil up, what others might have regarded as chances for us in the first half I looked on as misses. In the second half when Waterford came out determined to get a result we again more than matched them.”

The Mons will be without Kevin Williamson due to suspension.

Limerick 37 have signed an incredible 16 players so far in the transfer window and will be looking to push on to catch the top four, however at this point they trail Sporting Fingal by eight. Michael Kerley will still be without team captain Paddy Purcell due to injury but he is expected to return in the coming weeks. Wayne Colbert is out due to suspension.

The game kicks off at 20:00.
