UCD lose out to St Johnstone

UCD played Scottish Premier League side St Johnstone in a friendly at the Belfield Bowl on Sunday afternoon but came out on the wrong end of a 4-1 scoreline.
The St Johnstone line-up included former Aston Villa goalkeeper Peter Enckelman and Jody Morris, who played 130 times for Chelsea, came off their bench at half time.
Kevin Moon opened the scoring for the visitors after just four minutes and a trialist striker added a second after 21 minutes. A close range finish by Stephen May made it 3-0 at half time.
David O’Sullivan pulled one back for the Students on 58 minutes only for Murray Davidson to restore the ‘Saints’ three goal advantage.
