Blues appoint new Under-19 manager

Waterford United have confirmed the appointment of Tommy Griffin as the new manager of the Under-19 team for the upcoming Under-19 Elite league.
Following Paul O’Brien’s appointment to senior Blues boss, Griffin will take charge of the underage side, and will be assisted by Johnny Browne. Billy Hearne and Alan Barry have also moved to the senior side on a permanent basis.
Both coaches arrive from local junior league side Tramore AFC, and both hold the UEFA A-Licence. The Elite U-19 League is due to kick off towards the end of August.
