Bray Wanderers -v- Bohemians

Fifth host sixth at the Carlisle Grounds as Bohemians make the short trip south to the seaside to tackle the challenge of Bray Wanderers on Monday evening. (Kickoff 7.45 pm)
Bray come into this fixture, bang in form as the Seagulls are currently on a six match unbeaten run, winning their last four. Victories over lowly Drogheda and Galway in recent weeks have ensured that Bray sit five points clear of their opponents going into this tie, having played a game less than the Gypsies due to the postponement of Friday night’s game against Dundalk.
Wanderers have had a very good record against Dublin sides this season, having so far collected a respectable sixteen points from twenty-four. This includes beating champions Shamrock Rovers twice, no doubt much to the delight of their opponents in this fixture.
Conor Murphy leads the scoring charts for the home side so far this season, with seven league goals. He will be heavily relied upon once more as Jake Kelly will miss out with a hamstring problem.
Bohs, on the other hand, have not lived up to expectations this year, even with their depleted squad. They have to look back almost a month for their last victory in the league; that coming in a 1-0 home win over UCD, courtesy of a Christy Fagan penalty.
Their previous outing, last Friday night, was an away trip to Derry City where they receiving a 3-0 hammering from the Candystripes.
Bohemians receive a boost as Pat Fenlon can welcome back Killian Brennan and Danny Joyce from suspension, while he has the opportunity to rest Stephen Traynor or Keith Buckley, who have been frequent starters.
Bray have their own injury worries however, as Darren Quigley, Gary Shaw, Stephen Webster, Jake Kelly and Stephen Brennan are all unavailable but they do welcome back Adam Mitchell who missed their previous league game against Galway due to suspension.
