Athlone Town re-sign McGee

With the summer transfer window now open, Athlone Town have added four players to their squad, re-signing former Athlone players Noel McGee, Kevin Dunne and Declan Fallon, all of who had spent the winter season at local Junior side St Peter’s FC.
Athlone boss Mike Kerley has also signed defender Mark Walsh from Nenagh Celtic.
With Athlone struggling to score goals the signing of McGee will come as a particular boost having been a regular goal-scorer in his previous spell at the club which ended in the summer of 2010.
The club expect to make further signings from the Junior ranks over the coming weeks.
