Week 10

Credit:

We’re now teetering very close to heading into debt, so it’s time that the coffers are boosted once more and it’s time to pick a big bet to earn some good money.

First off Finn Harps are likely to be buoyed by the appointment of Peter Hutton and Felix Healy earlier this week and certainly have enough in their locker to beat Wexford Youths at Ballybofey. You can get your hands on them at 5/6.

Next Cork City can maintain their unbeaten start to the campaign with a win at home to Longford Town. They had a bye last weekend but that shouldn’t stop their sterling start to the season, and they’re priced at 8/13.

Although Ian Foster has a host of players out injured, I fancy Dundalk to defeat Galway United at Terryland Park tonight and they’re currently marked-up at 4/5 to take the spoils in the west.

Finally, and this is where the money will be made, I fancy draw half-time, St Pat’s full-time at the Carlisle Grounds tonight. Bray have been very good but if Pat’s perform to potential, they should have enough to edge it out narrowly, which is why it could be level at the break. That can be picked up at 9/2 in most shops.

In total, a €20 quad will return over €580, so if it comes up I expect anybody who does it to send me a lovely Thank You bouquet of roses to ExtraTime HQ.
