Drogheda squad almost complete

Drogheda United manager Bobby Browne has added to his squad for the coming Airtricity Premier Division campaign.
The first of this year’s transfer windows closed yesterday with a number of signings being finalised. Gareth Whelan (ex. Shelbourne), Brian Gannon (ex. Sporting Fingal), Dinny Corcoran (ex. Shelbourne/Sporting Fingal), Stephen Quigley (ex. Shelbourne), Mark O'Brien (ex. Shelbourne), David Freeman (ex. Longford) and Sean Skelly have all joined the club.
Former Drogheda keeper Robert Duggan is expected to re-sign tomorrow. Browne is continuing talks with a number of out of contract players.
