FAI announce 2011 prize money
The FAI has announced the prize money for the 2011 Airtricity League.
Prize money for the Airtricity Premier Division, First Division, FAI Cup and EA Sports Cup have all been confirmed.
The 2011 Airtricity Premier Division champions will receive €100,000, while the runners up will get €45,000. First Division champions will be awarded €25,000 with the runners up will pocketing €12,500.
€50,000 will go to the FAI Cup winners, with €25,000 going to the runners-up. The EA Sports Cup champions will collect €10,000. €5,000 will go to the losing team.
