Waterford United confirm friendly details

Waterford United have confirmed that the first game of their pre-season will be a charity match in aid of the Irish Kidney Association.

Stephen Henderson’s side will face a Waterford Soccer Monthly Junior League selection in Cappoquin on Wednesday January 26th, at 7.30pm.The Blues will then face Bohemians at home on Saturday, February 5th, with a 2.30pm kick-off.

Cork City arrive for the Munster Senior Cup clash the following weekend, with the Blues then off to Richmond Park for a clash against St. Patrick’s Athletic. Waterford United will also face Bray Wanderers and Sporting Fingal with the details expected to be finalised shortly.

Wed Jan 26th, 7.30pm, Cappoquin: Waterford United v WSM Junior League XI, charity match.

Sat Feb 5th, 2.00pm, RSC: Waterford United v Bohemian FC, friendly.

Sun Feb 13th, 2.00pm, RSC: Waterford United v Cork City, MSC quarter final.

Tue Feb 15th, 7.45pm, Richmond Park: St. Patrick’s Athletic v Waterford United, friendly.
