Waterford United sign Wilson
Waterford United have confirmed that Dwayne Wilson has joined the club for the 2011 season.
The Kilkenny native, who joins from UCD, made the step up from the Students' LSL side last season, where he made 22 League appearances, and scored on his debut, in the League Cup against Athlone Town.
The 23-year-old plays on the wing or up front, and his signing further strengthens manager Stephen Henderson's attacking options as the assembly of his 2011 squad continues.
The signing of Wilson brings the squad to 15 players just one week before pre-season training begins at the club. The confirmed squad so far is: Kevin Burns, Josh Byrne, Kevin Murray, Michael Coady, Kenny Browne, Seamus Long, Paul Carey, Shane Barrett, Gary Dunphy, Keith Quinn, Conor Sinnott, Dwayne Wilson, Paul Murphy, Willie John Kiely and Michael Rafter.
