League Cup Quarter Final Draw

The draw for the quarter-finals of this season’s League Cup has taken place in Dublin on Monday evening, with just one club from outside the Premier Division in the hat.

In two mouth-watering clashes, competition specialists, eight-time winners Derry City will host Bohemians at the Brandywell, while Cork City will make the long trip north to Drogheda United.

The other two games see relegation threatened Galway United and UCD with good opportunities to keep their cup run going, as they have been drawn at home to Bray Wanderers and Wexford Youths respectively.
