Sporting Fingal drawn against Maritimo

Sporting Fingal will face a tough test in their first ever entry into
European competition as they are to play Maritimo of Portugal in the
first qualifying round of the Europa League.
Maritimo, based on the Portuguese island of Madeira, are managed by former PSV Eindhoven and Motherwell manager Mitchell Van Der Gaag.
Fingal may well feel a bit unlucky to have drawn against such illustrious opponents, as they were unseeded in the draw held in Nyon, Switzerland.
Maritimo finished fifth in the Liga Sagres last season, have one of the smallest stadiums in the Portuguese top-flight (the Estadio dos Barreiros)- with a capacity of just under 9,000.
