EA Sports Cup semi-final draw unveiled

The draw has been made for the EA Sports Cup semi-finals and it has thrown up an exciting clash between Airtricity League Premier Division sides Sligo Rovers and Shamrock Rovers. So far this season the sides have met twice and on both occasions the games have ended in 1-1 draws. Sligo will have home advantage for the tie.
In the other semi final, Monaghan United will welcome Dundalk to Gortakeegan. Both EA Sports Cup semi finals will take place on Monday August 2nd, with the tournament final scheduled for Saturday September 25th.
The draw for the semi finals of the 2010 EA SPORTS Cup is as follows:
Sligo Rovers v Shamrock Rovers - Monday, 2nd August
Monaghan United v Dundalk - M onday, 2nd August
Kick-off times to be confirmed.
