Bradford City sign Birmingham’s Brandon Khela on loan
Bradford City have confirmed the signing of 19-year-old Brandon Khela on loan from Birmingham City for the remainder of the 2024/25 season.
Khela, a product of Birmingham’s academy, has represented England at under-17 level and made his senior debut for the Blues in 2023 and ,since then, has clocked up eight first-team appearances for Birmingham.
Last season, Khela had a loan spell with Ross County in the Scottish Premiership, where he featured in 15 matches across all competitions.
Speaking about his move to Bradford City, Khela expressed his excitement about the challenge ahead.
“I'm delighted to be here. I can't wait to get started. Last time [on loan] I learned a lot, it was a different experience going up to Scotland. This will be a different league, a different challenge. It will be much tougher I feel, but I'm ready to take on the challenge.”
Bradford City manager Graham Alexander shared his enthusiasm for the signing, highlighting Khela’s potential and energy.
