Longford Town announced a trio of re-signings on Christmas Day.

First up was the reigning Longford Town Player of the Year as Dean O'Shea signed up for the 2025 campaign. The 22 year old ex Leixlip Utd defender has a wealth of First Division experience with spells at  Athlone Town, Bray Wanderers and Galway United preceding his arrival at Bishopsgate.

Next up was former UCD winger Danny Norris who had an impressive maiden season in the Midlands after arriving from Belfield. The 21 year old spent time in both the Bohemians and St Patrick's Athletic underage pathways before joining UCD in the summer of 2021 and ultimately racking up over a half century of appearances for The Students ahead of his Longford Town move.

Finally, Luke Wade-Slater completed the Christmas Day re-signings. At 26 years of age he is set for a second season with Wayne Groves and De Town after signing from Drogheda United for the 2024 season. Having been in the St Kevin's Boys Academy as a teen, he joined Stevenage Borough before spells at Bohemians, Larne and Warrenpoint preceded his signing for Drogheda United.
