Ireland ensured they will avoid automatic relegation from League B of the Uefa Nations League on Thursday night with a 1-0 triumph over Finland at the Aviva Stadium.
Evan Ferguson’s header on the stroke of half-time sealed the win for the Boys in Green.
Though Heimir Hallgrimsson needed Caoimhin Kelleher to save a penalty in the second half to win it.
