Trio exit Sligo Rovers after end of 2025 campaign
Premier Division Sligo Rovers have confirmed they have parted ways with trio JR Wilson, Charlie Wiggett and Stefan Radosavljevic.
They departed the Showgrounds outfit just days after the Bit O’Red secured an impressive sixth place league finish in the top-flight.
Wilson joined Sligo ahead of the 2024 season after previously lining out for Shelbourne.
The Dubliner made 31 appearances for John Russell’s men in defence.
Wiggett also linked up with the Bit O’Red from Newcastle United. He played 22 times for Sligo.
Faroese international Radosavljevic however departs after joining in 2023. He scored five goals in his 47 appearances.
We can confirm that Stefan Radosavljevic, Charlie Wiggett, and JR Wilson will be departing the club. We thank them for their contributions and wish them all the best moving forward#Bitored | #Since1928#Bitored | #Since1928pic.twitter.com/hUBHzvTC2D
