LSL Senior Sunday: Leaders Kilbarrack United draw with St Mochta’s, while Wayside Celtic and Malahide United claim victories
Kilbarrack United maintained their unbeaten start to the season with a hard-fought 1-1 draw against St Mochta’s on Friday night.
Ross Carrig’s side remain 14 points clear of third-placed Mochta’s at the summit but have played four games more than Brian McCarthy’s side so far this term.
Though they were kicking themselves that they were unable to see off the Leinster Senior Cup finalists after Mark Townley gave them an 18th-minute lead.
However, the Porterstown Road outfit responded quickly and levelled through Gareth McCaffrey to ensure a 1-1 draw.
