First Legs :
Bray Wanderers v UCD, Carlisle Grounds - Thursday, 24 October 2024 at 19:45
Athlone Town v Wexford, Athlone Town Stadium - Thursday, 24 October 2024 at 19:45
Second Legs:
Wexford v Athlone Town, Ferrycarrig Park - Monday, 28 October 2024 at 15:00
UCD v Bray Wanderers, UCD Bowl - Monday, 28 October 2024 at 17:00

With Bohemians’ 2-0 win in Sligo on Saturday night, it means Bohs are safe and Drogheda United will play in the promotion / relegation play-off against the winner of the First Division series.
