Benicio Baker-Boaitey joins Port Vale on loan from Brighton & Hove Albion

Port Vale have secured the loan signing of promising forward Benicio Baker-Boaitey from Brighton & Hove Albion. The England U20 international will stay at Vale Park for the entirety of the 2024/25 Sky Bet League Two season.
Baker-Boaitey began his football journey at West Ham United before transferring to FC Porto’s academy in 2020. His stint in Portugal refined his abilities, paving the way for a pivotal move to Brighton & Hove Albion in 2022. Since then, he has showcased his skills in various youth and reserve team competitions.
The young forward made his senior debut for Brighton in a Premier League clash against Chelsea.
Port Vale manager Darren Moore expressed his enthusiasm for the new signing, stating, “I’m really happy to welcome Benicio to Vale Park. He has great skills and a competitive spirit that will immediately boost our attacking options.
