Irish referees to take charge of upcoming Champions League and Conference League qualifiers
Two teams of League of Ireland match officials will take charge of European second qualifying round ties over the next fortnight.
Like Shelbourne, Irish officials are off to Switzerland for a first leg of a Conference League second qualifying round this Thursday.
While the Reds are taking on FC Zurich, Irishman Rob Harvey is the referee for the qualifier between St. Gallen and Tobol (the Kazakhstani team who eliminated Derry City on penalties in the third qualifying round tie last year).
Paul McLaughlin is the fourth official for this match.
Next week Rob Hennessy will lead a team of Irish match officials for the Midtylland v UE Santa Coloma Champions League second round second leg in Denmark.
Damien MacGraith will act as fourth official for this one.
