Last year’s beaten FAI Cup finalists Bohemians have knocked Shamrock Rovers out of the FAI Cup after claiming a 1-0 win at Dalymount Park on Friday night.
The Hoops came into Friday’s game on the back of a Champions League qualifying win over Vikingur Reykjavik on Wednesday night.

Dayle Rooney’s penalty was the difference between the sides.
And Bohs will be joined in the next round of the competition by Drogheda United.
The Boynesiders defeated Louth rivals Dundalk 2-1 at Weavers Park, a week after losing 4-2 to them in the Premier Division.
New recruit James Bolger - who joined from Boden BK earlier this week - opened his account for the Drogs with a first-half opener.
Warren Davis doubled Drogheda’s lead in the second half before Bobby Faulkner netted a late consolation for the Lilywhites.
Galway United also sailed into the third-round of the FAI Cup after claiming a resounding 6-0 win over Longford Town at Eamonn Deacy Park.
The visitors were no match for the Tribesmen as Francely Lomboto, Maurice Nugent, David Hurley, Jimmy Keohane and Junior Ogedi-Uzokwe all scored for John Caulfield’s men.
