League Preview: Treaty United -v- Bray Wanderers

TREATY UNITED

Treaty United will be without striker Enda Curran when they host Bray Wanderers on Friday night at the Markets Field (kick-off is at 7.45pm).

The Shannonsiders fell to a narrow 2-1 loss away to Kerry on Monday evening, with Curran handed his marching orders late on.

And it was a disappointing setback for Treaty after they ended a 15-game winless run on Friday with a 1-0 victory over basement side Longford Town.

Former Sligo Rovers midfielder Mark Byrne netted the winner for Tommy Barrett’s side against the Red and Black.

Treaty have not issued any further team news for Friday’s fixture against the Seagulls.

BRAY WANDERERS

Bray Wanderers have confirmed that first-team coaches Lorcan Fitzgerald and Paul Heffernan will again take charge of team affairs for their trip to Limerick.

The pair have stepped up following the departure of former boss Ian Ryan.

But they will be expected to claim another win on Friday on Shannonside with ten points separating the teams in the table.

Goalkeeper Jimmy Corcoran, striker Ben Feeney as well as defenders Cole Omorehiomwan and Evan Osam are sidelined with injury.

Referee: Aaron O’Dowd.
