COBH RAMBLERS

Cobh Ramblers welcome Munster rivals Kerry to St Colman’s Park on Friday night as they look rekindle their faint promotion hopes.

The Rams dropped points away to basement side Longford Town last weekend and head into a busy weekend of fixtures against the Kingdom and Bray Wanderers.

“We have a busy schedule coming up now. We have to mind our schedule with training and look after the bodies to make sure the freshness is still there,” Hunt said.

“We need to get it right and work hard to get three points. Please god the lads can deliver on thatr because we want people to come to St Colman’s Park and back them.

“Nothing will be decided over the next couple of weeks but hopefully it will give us an edge after the mid-season break.”

KERRY

Ninth-placed Kerry visit St Colman’s Park with a number of fitness boosts set to aid their cause.

Full-back Sean O’Connell has shrugged off an injury while Jack Kavanagh has also returned to the fold. Ronan Teahan is back from a suspension.

“We are really looking at ourselves and concentrating on how we can hurt teams rather than getting too bogged down on the opposition,” Kerry assistant manager James Sugrue said.

“We work hard on the basics from defence to attack. We expect a tough battle but we are looking forward to going there.”

Referee: Glen Geraghty.
