WEXFORD

Wexford host Treaty United at Ferrycarrig Park on Friday night (kick-off is at 7.45pm).

The Slaneysiders endured a patchy start to the season but have started to flex their muscle.

And Easter Monday’s draw against league leaders Cork City was the most realistic sign yet that they are beginning to find their feet under boss James Keddy.

Keddy led his side to the play-offs last season and will be hoping that he can bring them even closer to the top-flight this term.

And a victory over Treaty United will go a long way towards achieving their aims this season.

TREATY UNITED

Pacthed-up Treaty United head to Ferrycarrig Park on Friday night without a host of key midfielders.

The Shannonsiders will be without Callum McNamara, Lee Devitt and Colin Conroy.

Goalkeeper Corey Chambers is also a doubt.

“It’s tough because we’re missing probably three or four midfielders,” he said. “It’ll be a different game in Wexford, you can play a bit more football on it but there pitch.

“But it isn’t in great condition at the minute so we’re just going to have to keep trying to do our best.”

Referee: Jason Moore.
