Troy Parrott on the scoresheet again for Excelsior
The Dubliner is earning plaudits for his performances in the Eredivisie this season.
The striker scored the opener against Almere to make it 1-0 on Friday night. Unfortunately for Parrott and Excelsior, the home side came back to win the game 2-1 thanks to Stiji Resink strike and an own goal from Casper Widell.
The 21-year-old signed for Excelsior on a season long loan from Tottenham Hotspur after been deemed surplus to requirements by Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou.

The move has has proved to be a success so far for the former Belvedere youngster. The striker has now seven goals and three assists in 17 appearances, six of which are starts.
His current side are 13th in the Eredivisie, six points off the relegation zone.
Earlier this week, Jonathan Afolabi, like Parrott who is playing his football abroad, got his first goal for his new club in Belgium.
